India’s supercar lovers just got a major surprise as Lamborghini has officially launched the Temerario, a new high-performance hybrid supercar, in the country. The car comes with a jaw-dropping price tag starting from ₹6 crore (ex-showroom) and replaces the popular Huracán in Lamborghini’s Indian lineup.

This is not just any sports car – it brings a perfect mix of power, speed, futuristic design, and eco-friendly tech. It’s built for those who want the thrill of a racecar but also care about the future of mobility.

Power Like Never Before: 907 BHP Engine with Hybrid Support

Under the hood, the Lamborghini Temerario packs a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, which alone produces 789 bhp and 730 Nm torque. That’s not all – it is supported by three electric motors that add another 295 bhp and 2,150 Nm torque. The combined power output is a mind-blowing 907 bhp.

This allows the Temerario to go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 343 kmph – making it one of the fastest cars ever launched in India.

The hybrid system is powered by a 3.8 kWh battery, which can be charged fully in 30 minutes using a 7 kW AC charger. It also supports regenerative braking, meaning the battery charges when you slow down.

    Sharp Looks and Aerodynamic Design

The design of the Lamborghini Temerario is aggressive and futuristic. At the front, it features a shark-nose style fascia, a sharp lower lip spoiler, and hexagon-shaped LED DRLs. The rear gets signature hexagonal taillamps, a center-mounted exhaust, and aerodynamic wing mirrors.

The car runs on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels, built for performance and stability. The frame is also upgraded, using a new aluminium spaceframe chassis that is 24% stronger than the one used in the Huracán.

To stop all this power, the Temerario uses 410 mm front discs with 10-piston calipers, and 390 mm rear discs with 4-piston calipers.

Jet-Inspired Cabin Loaded with Screens and Tech

The interior of the Temerario feels like stepping into a fighter jet cockpit. It has a 12.3-inch digital driver display, 8.4-inch vertical infotainment touchscreen, and a 9.1-inch screen for the co-driver.

Seats are electrically adjustable, ventilated, and heated, while the steering wheel is fully multifunctional. The car also features physical buttons for real driving feedback.

What’s truly impressive is the 13 drive modes, including normal road settings like Strada, Sport and Corsa, and hybrid-specific modes like Recharge, Hybrid and Performance – giving the driver full control over how the car behaves.
